Where are you located / When are you open? +

Located in The Strand (oppisite Treat cafe) We’re open Monday to Saturday, 7am–7pm. Sundays are reserved for space hire bookings — if you’re a member, you can check out what’s on via our members hub - Spacebring / or check out our instagram @itsavibeco.nz

How Does Booking Work? +

You’ll find all the vibes on our website — but everything you need to use the space lives in our member hub. That’s where you can manage your membership, book a desk, check out upcoming events, connect with other members, and more. It’s your all-in-one digital HQ for It’s A Vibe. Just hit the Join Now button on our site and you’ll be taken straight there

Can I hire a space for an event? +

Absolutely! You can hire part of the space or the whole vibe. Our space is available for private bookings every Sunday — perfect for workshops, events, launches, or team offsites. You’ll get access to everything from cosy seating to private bathrooms, plus tea, coffee, and that signature It’s A Vibe atmosphere. Check out our Space Hire page for rates and details to get the ball rolling.

Are There Private Spaces?+

Yes! We’ve got a few cosy nooks designed for privacy when you need it. There are two semi-private booths (curtained and perfect for up to 3 people), plus a formal lounge area with a floor-to-ceiling curtain that can be drawn for full privacy. Ideal for client meetings, deep work, or small group sessions. These spaces are bookable for a small additional fee — you’ll find all the options inside our member hub.

Is there a lunchroom? +

We have a seperate lunch room complete with nespresso pod machine, pods & tea supplied. There is a filter water & hot water on tap. There is a fridge to store your own lunch but please note we have no heating facilities, plates or cutlery (take your dishes home!)..

Where can I park?+

There’s plenty of affordable parking nearby! Water Street, Hatea Drive car parks are all just a short walk from The Strand and cost only $2 per day. Vine Street carpark is also close by but is $2 an hour. Easy, all-day options for your visit to It’s A Vibe.

Do you have a content / podcast studio? +

We do...soon! We wanted to create the main its a vibe hub first - there is another seperate room in the space we are yet to work out magic on to turn into a content creation, podcast studio available to hire.
