Welcome to It’s A Vibe — a coworking space designed to inspire creativity, community, and productivity. By becoming a member, booking a space, or using our facilities, you agree to the following terms, which help us keep the space flowing smoothly for everyone.
1. Operating Hours
Open Monday–Saturday, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM for all casual pass holders and members.
Sundays are reserved for private space hire only and are not available for general coworking.
2. Memberships & Payments
All memberships and passes are paid in advance via our Members Hub on Spacebring.
Once purchased, memberships and passes are non-refundable, but unused day passes remain valid until used.
If you cancel a general coworking booking, your day pass will remain available for future use.
Refunds will only apply to eligible add-on space bookings that meet the cancellation window (see below).
3. Cancelling a Membership
If you wish to cancel your membership, you’ll need to contact us directly.
Please go to Support → Create Ticket in your Spacebring dashboard, and a team member will process your request.
Membership cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Add-On Booking Refunds
Add-on bookings (e.g. iMac, Private Booths, Formal Lounge, Artist Table) can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the start time to receive an automatic refund.
Cancellations within 1 hour of the booking time, or missed bookings, are non-refundable.
5. Space Hire (Sundays Only)
Our space is available for full or half-day private hire on Sundays.
Bookings require a 50% deposit + $100 bond.
A minimum 2-week cancellation notice is recommended to receive a full refund. Late cancellations may result in forfeited deposits.
6. Guest Policy
Guests are welcome when accompanied by a paid member.
All guests must sign in and out upon arrival.
Members are responsible for their guests, who may not access the space without them.
7. Conduct & Behaviour
To keep the vibe positive for everyone, members are expected to:
Be mindful of noise — no speakerphone calls or loud convos in shared zones.
Use headphones for all audio and video.
Respect the space, other members, and shared resources.
Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in suspended or cancelled access.
8. Clean-Up & Responsibility
Members must clean up after themselves and leave all areas tidy.
Rearrange any moved furniture and return shared items.
While lockers are available, It’s A Vibe is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
9. Formal Lounge Area – Public Access
The Formal Lounge Area is open to members and non-members for private hire.
Available for $20/hour and bookable via Spacebring.
Standard cancellation and refund policies for add-ons apply.
10. Age Restrictions
Access is available to anyone 16 years and older.
11. Pets
No pets or animals are permitted in the space.
12. Privacy & Data
We collect basic data (name and contact info) via Spacebring for booking and internal communication.
Your data is not shared with third parties.
No CCTV is used onsite — lockers are available for personal item storage.
